Funds we represent

We represent several hundred foreign collective investment schemes in Switzerland.

Mirroring the reality of the sector, most of these investment schemes are domiciled in Luxembourg and Ireland. However, we also represent funds domiciled in other countries, in particular in France, Great-Britain or the Cayman Islands. We represent both UCITS funds offered for sale to qualified and non-qualified investors and funds intended for sale exclusively to qualified investors (European and non-European AIFs).

To avoid conflicts of interest, we do not raise capital on behalf of our clients.

Alexandre Pini

CEO

Alexandre has 25 years of professional experience in asset management and the investment fund business. He has worked as an analyst, fund manager, board member and entrepreneur. He has created and managed several funds, some of which have received international awards. Alexandre spent 15 years at Edmond de Rothschild group (EDR) where he headed the fund management and research department. Later he co-founded Iteram Group, an asset and wealth manager based in Switzerland and Luxembourg.

Alexandre holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from HEC Lausanne and a Master’s degree in International Management and Finance from SDA Bocconi of Milan.

Claudia Mozaffari

Head of Translation Services

Claudia has more than 30 years of professional experience in financial translation. She started her career at the International Finance and Commodities Institute (IFCI) in Geneva and went on to co-found Axone Services & Développement SA in Geneva where she built up an in-house translation service specialised in financial translation. From 2003 to 2006 she worked as a freelance translator for various clients, before joining Banque Cantonale Vaudoise as an in-house translator. In September 2009, she joined Carnegie Fund Services Ltd.

Claudia holds a Master’s degree in Translation and Terminology Studies from the University of Geneva with a specialisation in legal and economic translation.

Carole Raval

Having completed an apprenticeship in commerce with a bank and obtained a diploma from HES-SO, Carole started working in external auditing, financial management and reporting. Aged 30, she obtained an MBA in financial management and completed an internship abroad before joining Barclays Bank and later on Lombard Odier Group. Her varied professional career-enabled her to acquire extensive knowledge in the fields of collective investment schemes, compliance, finance and project management. Carole joined Carnegie Fund Services Ltd in 2014 as Chief Operating Officer in charge of accounting, human resources, IT and office management.

Adrian Hirt

Head of Legal and Compliance

After graduating from the University of Geneva with a Master’s degree in Law, Adrian started working in the banking field and later moved on to a life insurance company. Throughout his 15 years of professional experience, he held various positions as legal counsel and head of compliance, enabling him to gain in-depth knowledge of financial and supervisory law, including in the area of collective investment schemes. Adrian is a polyglot who speaks French, German, English and Spanish fluently. He joined Carnegie Fund Services Ltd in March 2019 as legal counsel in the Legal and Fund Compliance department.

Our Geneva-based team is composed of experienced lawyers, qualified translators and several specialists in IT and fund administration in our Operations department. We are thus in a position to offer a comprehensive service on competitive terms.
